Transformations by Mindy

All clients MUST have a valid card on file to book an appointment with Transformations by Mindy. Transformations by Mindy asks that you give 12-24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Emergencies happen to both clients and stylists, and will be handled accordingly on an individual basis. Habitual “Last Minute Cancellations” WITHOUT PROPER NOTICE could result in a 25% Cancellation Fee. 25% of your booked service(s) will be withdrawn from your designated card on file 15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT BEGINS if you are not present. If you are aware of any delays that may cause you to be late to your appointment, please contact Transformations by Mindy before the beginning of the appointment time so other arrangements can be made.
